Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is charged at check out at a flat rate of $5.00 per order within New Zealand . We send by standard NZ Post to keep costs down and orders will take 2-4 days to arrive.  If you would like courier or other postage method then just let us know this in the comments box on the order form and we will adjust the pricing for you and resubmit the invoice to you for payment.

International Postage rates are charged accordingly.  Email via 'Contact us' page for shipping pricing or, submit your order then we will adjust the total to include postage and send a payment request via Pay Pal for payment by credit card (You just follow the link on the email to our secure page to input card details etc.).

Packaging

We use recycled packaging – boxes or paper where possible. For more fragile items - we use shredded paper or newspaper for protection or, from time to time we use e.g. bubble wrap but this will have been sent to us so we are reusing it and, hope that you will do the same! 

Returns/Refunds 

Any defective products will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full within 30 days of purchase.

For our feminine hygiene range (Poppy Pads - washable sanitary pads, menstrual cups, sea sponges or pelvic floor toning systems) for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges once our products have been dispatched. So please choose carefully.

If for any of our products (excluding feminine hygiene) you find the item isn’t what you wanted you can return it to us for a refund, replacement or store credit to the value of your products only. Postage is not refunded if you change your mind and refunds will only be given if the product is returned unopened and in a saleable condition.
